I believe that people are designed to do life together. God made us for community, and counseling creates a safe space for counselors to come alongside clients in whatever they are facing. It is through these connections that comfort, healing, and growth can truly happen.

“Praise be to God…the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God”

- 2 Corinthians 1:3-4

I am currently a Master's in Counseling student at Messiah University, where I am a year and a half into the program and beginning my practical training experience, known as a practicum. The focus of my program is on marriage, couple, and family counseling, which equips me to see people in all walks of life - individuals, couples, and families. My counseling approach is guided by attachment theory, solution-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I received my Bachelor's in Psychology and Family Science from Central Washington University.

In my free time, I enjoy playing pickleball, hiking, and camping with my husband. I also love to cook, read, and spend time with sweet friends.
