Hi! I'm Annie! I am a practicum student currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University. I am also a certified IASIS technician and have been thrilled to witness the positive results clients have experienced through this technology. My professional background includes working in residential care, where I supported adolescents navigating trauma. My counseling interests include neurodiversity, trauma, and life adjustments.

I entered the field of counseling because I believe God made us for healing and transformation. I have a passion for the stories of others and consider it a privilege to help clients navigate their personal journeys. Together, we will explore your story and create space for the next chapter you wish to write—whether that’s strengthening relationships, fostering a more peaceful internal dialogue, or gaining a deeper understanding of yourself. In a warm and supportive environment, I will partner with you to create a clear path forward, with actionable steps toward your goals.
Outside of the office, I am an avid reader—there's usually a book or two in my hands! I’m also the designated baker for my friend group. Ask me about my chocolate chip cookie recipe! When the weather is nice, you can often find me enjoying the zoo or a playground outing with my husband and our two daughters.
