What services do you offer?
Individual counseling, EMDR, family counseling, couples counseling, premarital counseling, group counseling, christian counseling
How often are sessions?
Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes. The frequency of sessions and length of treatment will be established by you and your counselor. This is dependent on the goal established, severity of issues, and clients willingness to participate actively in treatment.
How do I get started?
How much does a session cost?
$95-$175.
Do you accept insurance?
You can find out which LPCs accept insurance and which panels they are credentialed with on their page. Our LPC-Associates do not accept insurance. You may file claims with your insurance company for out-of-network benefits and you may be reimbursed directly based on your insurance plan. A receipt with the information necessary for filing a claim can be provided upon request.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards, cash, and checks made out to Rehope Counseling, as well as HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards are accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason. The full session fee will be charged for a late cancellation less than 24 hours as well as for a no-show. You are responsible for calling to cancel or reschedule your appointment in a timely manner during normal business hours.
