"Rehope" is a term I coined to encapsulate the essence of life—my life, in particular. It appears that life is a constant cycle of hoping and hoping again. Over the past 17 years, I have served as a mental health therapist, working with individuals and couples navigating various stages and challenges of life. Whether you find yourself feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I am here to create a safe and comfortable space for you to heal, grow, and be seen and heard. I've had the privilege of witnessing many individuals and couples experience the restoration of dashed hopes.
