Specialty areas include working with kids, teens, and young adults:
Anxiety
Chronic stress
Childhood wounds
Do you feel like something’s missing? Do you feel stuck, disconnected, or simply tired of pretending everything’s okay? Maybe you’ve been questioning your identity, your relationships, or your purpose. Maybe you’re carrying more than you know how to process: anxiety, chronic stress, unmet expectations, or wounds from your past that continue to impact your everyday life.
What if you didn’t have to carry it all alone? What if you could feel steady, seen, and connected in your relationships and your everyday life? What if your story started to make sense, and you felt the freedom to show up as your whole, honest self?
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
- Romans 12:2
I am passionate about helping clients understand their stories and explore the deeper roots of what they’re experiencing. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, chronic stress, perfectionism, shame, or people-pleasing, I believe healing involves caring for the whole person. Together, we can explore how your experiences and early relationships have shaped your beliefs about yourself, the ways you navigate the world, and the patterns you find yourself repeating. Through this process, we can work toward greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, and more secure, authentic connections with yourself and others.
If you’re longing for change or simply looking for a place to be fully seen, you get to come as you are, with your questions, doubts, fears, and mess, and we’ll walk this journey together. Together, we’ll take steps toward the abundant life you were created for.
Outside of counseling, I love playing mahjong with friends, watching college football in the fall, and spending time at my family’s ranch in Oklahoma. One of my favorite roles is being an aunt to my niece and nephew!Appointment Availability
