Life has shown me that it can often be overwhelming, and knowing where to turn can be a difficult decision. In our therapy work, you can show up just as you are to a safe and supportive space. I am passionate about supporting people who are navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I approach counseling with compassion and a genuine desire to help clients reconnect with their sense of self, build resilience, and make choices that move them toward hope and healing.
We can’t always change what happens to us in life. We can choose how we respond, and those choices can lead us to peace. I help clients notice patterns in their lives, process difficult emotions, and find their way forward.
