My experience includes working with a wide-range of individuals to treat mood and anxiety disorders. This includes individuals dealing with obsessive compulsive disorder, panic attacks, acute stress, depression, self-harm, and generalized anxiety. I am currently being trained in Neurophysiological Trauma Treatment where I utilize skills from EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Therapy, and the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics. I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health from Midwestern State University.
